One Chat's whole point is memory — so privacy can't be a policy page promise. Every claim below is a working control you can click today.
When your message goes to an AI company, it travels only routes where they process the request, return the answer, and keep nothing. No copy of your conversation sits on their servers afterwards. This is enforced on every single request — it isn't a setting, a tier, or an opt-in.
AI companies that learn from what users type are blocked outright — we simply never send them a word. Your questions, your documents, your ideas: none of it makes anyone else's model smarter, and none of it can resurface in a stranger's answer.
Everything One Chat remembers about you lives on one page — every fact, every lesson it has learned about how you like to work, every conversation it drew them from. Nothing is hidden in a black box.
Correct any fact it got wrong. Remove any lesson you don't want applied. Delete one chat's memories, or erase everything it has ever remembered with one button in Settings. Changes take effect immediately.

No. Conversations are processed by machines to answer you and to build your private memory. They are not reviewed, mined, or used to improve anything for anyone else.
Requests reach them only over zero-data-retention routes, and providers that train on user data never receive your messages at all. They see the conversation needed to answer — and keep none of it.
Memory deletions apply immediately to what the assistant can recall. Account deletion permanently removes your login and all stored data in one action — we keep nothing to "restore" later.
